We hosted, in collaboration with the CFD group of Prof. Baglietto, the first Multiphase Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow Day in NSE, with distinguished speakers from Europe and South America: Profs. John Thome (EPFL, Suisse), Gherhardt Ribatski (USP, Brazil), Dominique Legendre (IMFT, France) and Oscar Rodriguez (USP, Brazil) 

Today more than ever CFD modeling methods thrive from a strong interaction and open exchange between the experimentalists and the modelers. The workshop was unique opportunity to leverage the common interests in our research to support and challenge each other and accelerate the innovation in this field.

Hopefully, it will be the first of a long series!
